How to answer the survey offline
Tap Take Survey Offline below to open the survey form.
Enter the email and password of your registered CQA account, then answer the survey. Both must be correct — that account is how your response gets saved to you.
Answers are saved on this device and sync automatically once you're back online.
How registration works
Sign up using your CSPC email or a personal email through Google. This is how we confirm the email is really yours.
After you sign in, the account registration form opens — your name and email are already filled in, and you just set your password.
Done. From then on you can log in from the Login tab with that same email and password.
Your password is set by you here — Google never shares your Google password with this system.
